Η Διάλεξη οργανώνεται στο πλαίσιο του Επαγγελματικού Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών: “Σύγχρονα Ηλεκτρικά Δίκτυα Διανομής – ΔΕΔΔΗΕ” , Πέμπτη 6 Φεβρουαρίου 2025, 6:00μ.μ., στη σχολή ΔΕΔΔΗΕ ,στην Άνοιξη Αττικής. 

Η διάλεξη θα γίνει με τους παρακάτω ομιλητές:
  • Aydoğan Özdemir   Professor  at  Kadir Has University, Turkey

  • Mustafa Bagriyanik   Professor at Istanbul Technical University, Turkey

Ακολουθούν σύντομα βιογραφικά των ομιλητών:

Dr.Aydogan Ozdemir, Professor at Kadir Has University

Prof. Dr. Aydogan Ozdemir was born in Artvin in January 1957. He received his bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1980, 1982 and 1990, respectively.  Besides visiting a professorship at Texas A&M University-USA for 2.5 years between 2000-2002, he spent his entire academic life at ITU Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and retired on January 3, 2024.

His research interests are in electrical power systems and high-voltage science. He focused on asset management, distribution/resiliency analysis, and intelligent method applications in the modeling, simulation, and analysis of power systems and smart grids.

He has published over 200 research articles and papers, organized various conferences, delivered keynote speeches and lectures, and led numerous national and international research/industrial projects.

He still serves as a Member of the Technical Advisory Board of Türkiye Electricity Transmission Inc. He is a Chamber of Electrical Engineers of Türkiye member and an IEEE PES Senior Member.

 

Dr. Mustafa Bagriyanik, Professor at Istanbul Technical University

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Bagriyanik was born in Istanbul in 1964. He received his bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1985, 1989 and 1997, respectively.  He was a research associate in Texas A&M University. He is a full Professor at Istanbul Technical University. Presently, he is Head of Department of Electrical Engineering, and director of Electric Distribution Automation Laboratory.

His current research interests are power system transients, smart grids, renewable energy systems, and application of intelligent methods in electrical transmission and distribution systems, data analytics in electrical engineering. He consulted several projects of Distribution system Operators and technology companies. He has published over 80 research articles and papers, organized various conferences, and delivered lectures.

He is a senior member of IEEE PES and a Member of the National Chamber of Turkish Electrical Engineering.
