Dr. Electrical Engineer and Computer Engineer
He received his Diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Patras in 1998 and his Ph.D. from the National Technical University of Athens in 2003. As part of his PhD thesis he worked for two years at the Institute of High Frequency Technology and Radar Systems, German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Munich, Germany, with a scholarship from EADS (AIRBUS Group).
He worked in companies in the Defence & Security sector (INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, EFA Group) as a business development, industrial cooperation and compensation engineer until 2011, when he first joined PPC A. E.E. and then to HEDNO S.A. as a network operation and operation engineer, network operation sector manager, Larissa area manager and now Assistant Director of the Central Greece Region of HEDNO.
Within the framework of the ALL SAFE program for the transformation of HEDNO S.A. in the field of Health & Safety (H&S), he is responsible for the adaptation of the company’s Infrastructure Safety & Security Procedures with a focus on the climate crisis and extreme weather events.
