He received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as his diploma, from the corresponding faculty of NTUA.

He is now the Director of the Network Operation Branch, in the Directorate of Network Operation of HEDNO. Among his responsibilities are the management of Distribution Network Control issues using modern technologies and systems (SCADA, ADMS, OMS, FMS), the organization of Distribution Network Control Centers (DNCs), the monitoring of energy quality and the care of achieving the regulatory quality objectives, as well as the research, study and formulation of proposals for the development of smart grid applications (Smart Grids).

He has long-term experience in Project Management, as well as in adult education. He is included in the Registers of Trainers SEK / E.KE.PIS, LAEK / OAED and DP / EKDDA
